Interview scheduling software pricing

Cadence pricing: a Free plan for core scheduling and a per-workspace Team plan that adds ATS sync, no-show defense, and SLA nudges.

Updated July 24, 2026

Two plans, one honest split

Cadence has a Free plan and a Team plan, billed per workspace - never per candidate. Candidates never need an account and are never a billable seat. Checkout, invoices, VAT, and cancellation are handled by Freemius, our merchant of record; Cadence never sees or stores card details.

Free plan

Everything a small pipeline needs to schedule without chaos, free for as long as you like:

Team plan

For teams running a serious hiring operation, Team adds the automation layer:

Upgrading takes one checkout from workspace settings. Downgrading never deletes anything: connections and settings are kept, paused, and resume the moment you upgrade again.

Early-access workspaces

Workspaces from the early-access program moved to the Free plan when billing launched, with nothing deleted and nothing switched on silently. Upgrading to Team is a single checkout from workspace settings whenever the automation layer earns its keep for your team.
